Partnership agreements
Business partnerships can be enjoyable and profitable, but if disputes arise they can also be bitter and destructive. Why not have a written Partnership Agreement which sets out rules of conduct so that disputes do not arise or, if they do, there are procedures in place to deal with them constructively.
